WHO ARE CHARLESTON SPORTSWEAR?
Charleston Sportswear is a Charleston, South Carolina based company that includes several brands, founded in 2020. The original company Charleston Tees was founded in 1998. Charleston Tees manufactures and sells pre–printed and bulk apparel.
The company was founded by a former School Board Member who recognized the need to assist schools in their fundraising efforts so, in 2014 Charleston Tees became a licensee of the National Federation of High Schools authorized to sell Official High School Licensed Products.
Also, in 2014 Charleston Tees obtained a license to sell Carolina Girls Best in the World licensed products.
As part of the Official Licensed High School Products program, the Charleston Cap Company was formed to manufacture Custom High School Caps and other styles.
In 2020 K–12 Spirit Wear Stores was formed and partnered with a National Leading Company who creates spirit wear stores for schools, teams, and clubs to create a unique fundraising made easy solution to make fundraising easy.
In 2020 the decision was made to bring all the brands under one Company – Charleston Sportswear Brands.
